Technologies partner in India for Precontech
GRIPSINDIA’s India civil projects division is setting up a modular plant for Non Autoclaved Aerated Concrete. The first plant will be ready in Q2–Q3 2027 for executing a Precast Project in Bangalore.
The partnership
GRIPSINDIA is the plant setup partner in India for Precontech. This showcase is their first project together. GRIPSINDIA holds the licence to set up the same kind of plant for any other party in India that wants one. The first plant is the start, not the only installation.
The plant
The line is a modular production plant for non-autoclaved aerated concrete (NAAC). It makes precast panels where curing does not use an autoclave.
The plant is one-third the price of a conventional AAC plant, about half the production space, fly ash or granulated blast-furnace slag in place of part of the cement, hardening at normal pressure, and fittings cast into the panel rather than drilled in afterwards.
Precontech supplies the technology. GRIPSINDIA sets the plant up in India.
